- Mandla has picked up another major discrepancy in the results that were published by ZEC. A total of 40 constituencies in 2 provinces (Manicaland and Midlands) have wrong voter population. The discrepancy involves 159,888 voters. ZEC must explain this to the nation! @ZECzim
