- REMEMBERING LOCKERBIE AIR DISASTER 29 YEARS ON At 7:03pm on 21st Dec 1988, a Boeing 747 jumbo jet, Pan Am flight 103, exploded over #Lockerbie. 270 people, from 21 different countries were killed. Today we remember them.

- Superintendent Galloway is the last remaining officer in V Division (Dumfries and Galloway) to have been a D&G Constabulary officer at the time of the Lockerbie Air Disaster. Today, our thoughts go to all those that died and to those that live with the memories of that dark day.

- Even after 12 years it still blows my mind how quickly our drugs dogs can pick up the scent and point their noses at the drugs. Here's a demonstration from today's Electric fields event. Dogs will be back carrying out searches over the weekend.
00:00 - HOW WAS YOUR DAY AT WORK.......DO NOT COME IN THE HOUSE WEARING THOSE! About 1.50 pm, we received a call about a 23 year old man stuck waist deep in sand near to the lighthouse at Southerness. Emergency services attended at freed the man - getting a little messy while doing so
- PD Ushi helped find a missing person last night. Police were called to the report of a suicidal missing person. Ushi searched a Church, helped PC Rae find the person, and got them the help they needed. That person is now safe and well at home with their family. #PoliceDogs
