    Hi Hannah, I had been in dialogue with you yesterday prior to your arrival at Calais port, it was explained we do not ship broken down cars, unless recovered. We also gave you the option to travel on foot with the dog due to the situation. I hope you managed to get this sorted.

    After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue our Hull-Zeebrugge service from 1 Jan 2021. We hope to welcome you on board our Hull-Rotterdam or Dover-Calais ships in future so you can continue to enjoy safe, relaxing ferry trips to mainland Europe.
