Twitch Partner Plus Program only effects 0.004 of Affiliate/Partnered streamers. There are almost 2 million Affiliates. 61,000 Partners. Of those Partners, lets ASSUME 15% have 350 recurring individual subs over the last 3 months (no gifted/primers). That's only 9,150 Partnered
