00:00 - The Pickens Dragons finished in sole possesion of 2nd Place in Region 7AAAA. With a 17-11 record overall, and 12-6 in one of the most competitive regions in the state of Georgia. By doing so the Dragons will host a playoff series for the FIRST TIME IN SCHOOL HISTORY.
- REGION CHAMPIONS! This group of guys are your 2023 7AAA Region Champions, the first region championship in school history. James Tilley threw a NO HITTER to lead the Dragons to victory. I am so proud of this group of guys. #DUDES #ENJOYTHERIDE
- Congratulations Brady Moore, @b_dot_4! Brady signed his National Letter of Intent with @CoastalBaseball today. This an opportunity that was earned and well deserved. We excited to watch Brady play this year.
- Your Dragons are going to the Sweet 16 This group of kids continue make history. The 2022 Dragons have won the first playoff series in school history. Also, with the sweep the Dragons have tied the school record for wins. Pickens will travel to Thomas County Central for round 2
- Headed to Thomasville, riding in style! Thank you parents for the send off! Let’s do this!
- We lost a member of the Dragon family last night. Shawn we will miss you. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mask family.

- I am heartbroken for our kids tonight. Their historic season has come to the end. It was an honor to lead this group of special young men. Seniors you are going to be successful in life. Underclassmen we will be back. Hard work pays off!
- DRAGONS WIN! Pickens advances to the SWEET SIXTEEN to play Gordon Lee here at Dunn Field. AJ Rice picked up the win on the mound and Evan Giddens lead the offense with two hits and two RBIs. Come out Saturday and support the Dragons.
