I know it’s easier said than done.. but try to not care about others opinion. People project their own insecurities on to others. Believe in YOU, love YOU, do what makes YOU happy.

- Coaches.. go see your players at their AAU games. You’re missing out on seeing other skills that they can bring to the HS team. You might find a new way to maximize their potential, your O&D system and the programs overall success. Keep learning & studying your players.

- Players coming off the bench have to realize the importance of their roll too… and take pride in it. You’re the second unit. Fill a void. If there wasn’t energy.. change it. No aggression defensively.. apply it. Teams with the deepest benches go far.. YOUR ROLE IS IMPORTANT.
