- The first @Tesla Megapacks installed at PG&E’s Moss Landing substation. Once operational (targeting 2Q 2021) this 182.5MW battery #energystorage system will be one of the largest utility-owned, lithium-ion battery energy storage systems in the world. 🔋

- Thank you for your patience. Directed by CA's grid operator, PG&E initiated a power outage earlier this evening. Impacted customers are being restored, with full restoration expected by 11 p.m. No more outages of this type are planned for this evening.
- #PSPS: Portions of 34 counties will be impacted by widespread, severe wind event beginning Wed 10/9 (just after midnight). Visit pge.com/pspsupdates for the most up-to-date info, including an address look-up tool where customers can search their address for potential impacts.
- #PSPS: Additional proactive shutoffs for safety will begin later this afternoon and into early evening in portions of these counties (see table). This phase of the safety shutoff also includes some parts of Mendocino and Calaveras not turned off this morning.
