Replying to @PDXFireEarlier in the day, Engine 28 was pressure washing the fire hose bed by bed as they’re smack dab in the middle of the chiefs inspection work. Fortunately when this call came in all the hose was reloaded. And no hose came out of the beds on this incident so they’re looking good.

- Portland Fire is on scene of a commercial fire in the laundry room of a multi-occupancy residence in the Hollywood District. Reports are of a burnt belt with a dryer. Ventilation requested. Truck 13 bringing fans aloft.

- Portland Fire is on scene of a dryer fire within a dryer inside an apartment in NW PDX. Crews are removing the dryer while others are investigation of the fire extended into the structure.
