    DADSPORT meta analysis #ESMO22 No OS improvement when ADT added to salvage #radiotherapy for #prostatecancer, whatever the duration (6 vs 24 mo). Improvement in MFS with HR 0.82 Nice introduction to RADICALS HD presentation tomorrow by @PCaParker

    We need to move beyond "counting the # of mets" to "defining a biological profile of oligometastatic disease". This is the only way to define which pts will benefit from local treatment of mets. True for #prostatecancer & probably all cancers. B Jereczek Fossa at #ESTRO2020
