    It is with the heaviest of hearts.. we share that Palm Beach County Fire Rescue has sadly lost one of our own, Driver Operator Carlos Miranda, after a courageous battle with cancer. Carlos will forever be loved and missed by all. His brother says, "We gained an angel in the sky.”

    Our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of our fire Captain James Gilliard.  48 year old Captain Gilliard passed away unexpectedly yesterday. He served Palm Beach County for 21 years.  Our thoughts are with his family.
