- I’m sorry, but the rioting in London is an absolute national disgrace. The horrific acts of several American police officers has nothing to do with the U.K. or British Police officers #forshame
- My mother would have been 68 today. Taken way to young nearly 21 years ago. Happy birthday mam x
- Chuffed to get my first over 50s 💯 today at Shropshire. Had a bit of luck along the way, great to contribute towards the second team’s win 👍 @BTCCricketWales @btccricketinfo
- Unbelievable 20 hours. Huge thanks to all the staff at Morriston A and E, Resus Team and Cardiac unit. All angels, the professionalism, knowledge, ability, care and compassion provided is mind blowing. So lucky of our NHS ❤️
- Two years ago today had my skin cancer op. Big piece cut out and skin graft from my neck. Won’t post a photo for those who are squeamish. Wear plenty of sun cream and get anything unusual checked out early 👍
- So proud of @ReesLuc13 tonight, first involvement in match squad. Huge thanks to all the coaching staff and players at the club that have made him so welcome and already done so much for his development. Huge experience, pity about the narrow loss. Always improving & work hard 👍
- My mother passed away 21 years ago today. Always a difficult anniversary, but a day that should always focus on remembering good times and recalling those lovely memories x
- Great being back at Waterton Cross today, but sad seeing it as is now. Nice little stand on the halfway line and reminisce of some enjoyable rugby I played there #lovelymemories
