    Is your contact info up to date? DHS sends important information – including benefits renewal information – through the mail. Make sure your contact info is up to date with both DHS and the US Postal Service so that you receive information about your benefits!
    Don’t Lose Your Benefits! Make sure you keep receiving important information: Make sure your address is up to date with DHS.  Log into COMPASS at dhs.pa.gov/compass to report changes. Keep your address up-to-date with the United States Postal Service so mail about your benefits can reach you. Visit USPS.com/move.     A similar North Carolina Medicaid program reduced Medicaid health care costs an average of $164 per beneficiary, per month for the 31,597 people enrolled. Participants also experienced a decrease in food, housing, and transportation needs.

    A woman answers a phone. The caller is 888-904-4861 - looks like a hacker. Says, if you don’t call us back and provide your EBT number, your benefits will be suspended! The woman knows this is a scam. No, she says! NO! You’re not “Pennsylvania EBT Customer Service!” This is a SCAM! PA Human Services would never call to ask me for my EBT number or PIN!
