    I can confirm that if you spend a lot of time on social media, you will gradually lose the ability or interest to read books for long. Heightened exposure to social media reduces your ability to focus.

    It's heartbreaking to learn that this mother has passed. She was his primary caregiver and his father left when he was three. I am hoping they have other relatives who will step into her shoes now. It will be tough for him to come to terms with this. So heartbreaking.

    Let's also not forget that during the #ENDSARS protests, Governor Seyi Makinde sent uniformed men to protect peaceful protesters so they could be safe. Today, he joined in the protest. I don't care if this is bare minimum but posterity will not forget #June12thProtest

    You will also procrastinate a lot more and get less than your capacity done. You will gradually reduce in social skills - inability to start and hold conversations with people and just unable to keep friendships for long.
