    The dirt is about to start arriving. 10 trucks per day (150 loads) for the 1st 30 days & then 20-30 trucks per day (300-450 loads) per day until done. Still waiting on the final number but new estimates are 150k cubic yds are needed. Good thing a mountain is being removed nearby.

    The Terraces Townhomes... After approval to receive about $800k in free fill dirt from the State of Georgia, it looks like this will be close to the final site plan. We can finally start to wrap up engineering & push forward. Right in time for the formal launch of @RELedger_io!

    Maybe he values being able to eat/drink whatever he wants and working out allows that without gaining weight... He might just value maintaining & eating/drinking what he wants more than what others think of his body.

    So, @Strongblock_io put a rewards cap of 2x on node rewards (buy = 10 tokens, max reward = 20 tokens). Purchased at $550. At current price, I make $300 on a $5,500 investment. Didn't sell, just accumulated. I will be so glad when all of the #NaaS scams are gone. #Rugged

    I may just say screw it, build an elite team, provide the seed funding, and create a #DeFi #passiveincome project that is worthy of serious investment capital.

    I’m heavily invested into 5 #DeFi projects (8 total). If just one succeeds, I will have out performed all of my #realestate investment returns. I like my odds.

    I am not invested in @phoenix_fi... I am not invested in @polar_nodes... I am not invested in (many projects)... But you know what? I hope they all succeed & make all their investors a pile of💰... We should all want the entire #DeFi ecosystem to do well. All projects.

    I love #passiveincome! I believe it provides the ultimate level of financial security. My goal has always been to have 10+ sources w/ #DeFi being 1 of those. I am currently at #7 & working on #8/9. I believe consistent & realistic passive income can change lives. Do you agree?

    Lot's of "influencers" saying buy $Strong at the top, many saying buy @phoenix_fi at the top... How many were saying buy great projects like @_ThorFinancial at the bottom? Pay attention to who says what & when... Very few #authentic and #transparent people in #DeFi.

    I've been called many names on CT. Yes, I'm 54 & in a young man's game. I'm old enough to have experienced different markets & I'm smart enough to know I'm not missing the digital revolution happening right now. Oh, and I'm wise enough to enjoy the journey. #Relax All will be ok.

    #DeFi #DaaS / #NaaS charts are ugly. #Panic selling at a terrible value makes zero sense unless you think the project is going to disappear. Otherwise, pull up your panties, act like a mature adult investor, trust the team(s) you are backing, & #RELAX. Markets cycle.
