The Pack remains in a hiatus, but in the interim @starnax04 will be the new person in charge of account activities.

Collective Shout needs to be audited.
I am willing to bet money they are being financed by a tech company in charge of Age gating. The co-founder is on Australias board @ACNC_gov_au
Australia also started a Petition to force VISA/Mastercard to allow us access to all Legal Content.
We are starting to see a coordinated effort.
Please, Australians fill the form and all other countries use these petitions to bring awareness to your representatives.
Collective Shout is threatening to exploit visa/mastercard "brand damaging transactions" clause further then they already have to continue to deplatform creators.
We are way past the slippery slope. Keep calling @visa/@mastercard but its time to start calling your congressmen.
Collective Shout has successfully campaigned to have rape, sexual torture and incest games removed from gaming platforms @Steam and @itchio.
We're holding payment processors accountable for their own terms of service
@Mastercard have a policy on illegal and brand damaging
Card processors timeline
1. Forced Patreon to change TOS.
2. Made Gumroad abandon NSFW
3. Patreon updates TOS again
4. Massive attacks on the japanese market as a whole [DLSITE/ETC].
5. Patreon updates TOS again.
6. Steam
7. Itchio
This is just fictional only off top of my head.

-Platforms that allow NSFW content unfairly blacklist to mitigate risk often without review.

who refused to speak out on the matter despite DE platforming 10000s of creators and losing livelihood.
A NSFW game developer contacted @Visa and @Mastercard for clear cut guidelines to follow to ensure his game releases without issue.
What ensues is a train wreck.
@Visa@Mastercard claim they do not moderate content [except when they do] and each platform has different rules.
As a game developer, I'm going to demand credit card companies to provide a complete list of "inappropriate content", so that I can safely publish my game to Steam and itch.io.
They make the rules, so they must know the rules, right? Right VISA? Right Mastercard?
What is your say on the matter?
@DLsiteEnglish@DLKorea_g_pr@DLsite
I could of sworn they told you that they will stop legal transactions to protect the brand and then both VISA/Mastercard pulled payment processing from your site.
Both Steam and Itch have stated their removal of adult content came from pressure by payment processors, including Mastercard.

Furthermore, Mastercard and other payment processors have a documented history of refusing service to Japanese retailers over legal adult content.
