    The Oldham County Board of Education approved a policy requiring masks in school buildings on August 9, 2021. This policy still stands, even with the approval of Senate Bill 1. Masks will continue to be required by all students, staff, and visitors inside Oldham County Schools.

    We are pleased to announce that Matt Jacobson is the new principal at OCMS. Since 2009, Jacobson has served in several roles at OCS, most recently as associate principal at OCHS. We're excited to see what he has in store for our OCMS students. #TeamOldham

    Love is in the air @locustgrovelion. During their afternoon assembly, Michael Griffin, an instructional assistant @LaGrangeElem, proposed to Locust Grove 3rd grade teacher Rachel Platt. She said yes, and the kiddos approve!

    A touching afternoon at SOMS as students surprised custodian Ms. Miranda, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. Messages of support covered the halls as Miranda was led into the gym, where everyone was gathered to wish her well as she begins her treatment. #TeamOldham

    All three of OCS high schools are ranked in the state’s top 20 according to the 2018 “Best High Schools" list by U.S. News. North Oldham High School was raked 4th in the state, South Oldham High School ranked 5th and Oldham County High School ranked 17th! #TeamOldham
