All in Old Crescent are devastated to hear the news of the passing of Terry Brown. Terry joined the Club in the 90s and was part of a very strong AIL team. Terry went on to coach our senior XV and more recently our U11s. Our sincere condolences go to his wife Cliona and family.

The first home Sloop of the season & the first for Ruadhan Quinn after a thrilling victory at Takumi Park. Having been 28-3 down against Nenagh we stormed back to hold on for a 29-28 win. The lads blew the roof off with this rendition & the smiles stayed in place all night long!

Fresh from successfully refereeing the Pro14 Final last Sat, Andy Brace came back to his club Old Crescent RFC to present his RWC jersey to Club President Paul Donnellan. Andy was the sole Irish match official at the RWC in Japan last year. Thanks a mil ⁦@bracey1988⁩ !!

So you're 28-3 down at home to Nenagh, 34 mins into the game and you need something, anything! Up steps the Captain Cathal Monaghan. He takes the ball on the halfway line, throws a couple of dummies, evades multiple tackles and touches down to get us back into the game. Legend!!!
