    🧠You’re going to cave to the ego and try to do too much at times. Have the awareness to identify when the game speeds you up. Don’t be afraid to dial back the effort when you feel sped up. You’ll surprise yourself how efficient & precise you can be when you slow yourself down🧠

    ♦️Pull Without Spinning Off♦️ ⚡️Hitters w/ flatter bat paths tend to over-rotate and lose direction with their front side. Instead of trying to force more VBA we focus on keeping the chest over home and being firm with the frontside to maintain good direction. @LandonBruce2023

    ⚡️Stay Inside⚡️ ✔️ Working on getting to the inside 1/2 on pitches inner 3rd. ✔️ If you can stay inside this pitch and hit a line drive up the middle, you’re more likely make true ball flight to the pull side when you catch this ball more out front. 🔑 A lot of amateur

    ⚡️Hit Through Spin⚡️ ✅ Hanging breaking balls pop out of the hand. As hitters we must be discipline enough to maintain posture over home plate and not stand up/pull off the ball. ✅ Keep your head and front shoulder down on the ball so your barrel can work through the break.
