- At 4 yrs old I picked up a softball. At 8 yrs old I learned how to pitch. At 14 yrs old I watched the Olympics on TV. I said “mom, dad, I want to do that.” Today. At 25. I can say that I am going to do that. For the 1st time ever, Mexico will be in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.Congratulations Mexico 🇲🇽!!! Qualified team to the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 🇯🇵

00:00 - I’m seeing a lot of people upset that we’re playing on a baseball field. Softball hasn’t been in the Olympics in 13 years. I don’t care what the field looks like, we’re happy it’s back & we’ve been waiting a very long time. Our play WILL NOT change. We’re GOOD enough to adapt.

- Dear (some) Umpires, The strike zone is bigger than the width of the plate. I know that’s hard to imagine.... 🤗 but i can’t throw it over white and expect the ball to stay in the park. The zone is wider than the plate. Thanks.
