00:00 - This is a rule of thumb with overwatch and I apologize if this comes off as rude, the higher the endorsement level is on a player the worse they are at the video game. It is just something that I've observed.
- This should not be in the game, the enemy team should not immediately win off of the cap. @PlayOverwatch
