    A note regarding the Liverpool show a couple of weeks ago
    A couple of weeks ago we played the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool. We all had a fantastic night but there was a problem with the heating in the venue leading to the auditorium being unusually cold throughout the concert despite the heat generated by everyone dancing! The venue have offered us a level of compensation for this oversight. OMD and AEG (our promoter) have both decided to donate all of this money to food banks in Liverpool and Wirral to help those in genuine need, on behalf of all of our Liverpool and Merseyside fans.

    Tonight we are celebrating selling out The Greek Theatre in LA but it will be touched by a great sadness as all of us say farewell to Andy Fletcher from Depeche Mode. A beautiful person in an amazing band. We send alll our love to his family.

    Thank you to all who came to The Greek Theatre tonight. What a beautiful way to end out tour and celebrate music in remembrance of Fletch. We danced like it was The Rose Bowl in 1988!

    45 years ago today we released our debut single Electricity on Factory Records, catalogue number FAC 6. Still to this day introduced as our oldest and our fastest song. Thank you all for 45 years of love and support, we can’t wait to be back out on the road to see you soon!

    So very sad to hear of the the death of Janice Long. Amazing lady, great friend, music lover and champion. A pioneering female DJ who opened many doors for others. I will miss you so much Janice. All my love and sympathies to your family. Andy x
