Saw a Hearts fan get off the train. One of the most tense moments of my life but fortunately I saw the video posted out by Edinburgh University and knew exactly what to do.
Stayed calm and didn't make any sudden movements that could provoke aggression. Home safe, thanks UOE.

- The Lowland League was once the most progressive league in the Scottish football pyramid. The rejection of increased opportunities for Tier 6 clubs and further relegation is a betrayal of the ideals in which the league was founded on and not something we can agree with.
- Personal opinion on the IRN-BRU Cup - Irish, Welsh and English teams add nothing to the competition itself except novelty. Give Lowland and Highland teams a chance against the league sides. Would do wonders to promote non league football in Scotland and our national game overall.
- Reminder the first leg of the @KeltyHeartsFC v @brorarangers playoff is meant to be played this Saturday. Both teams - testing, training and preparing for a game that they don't know is going ahead yet. Shambles @spfl.
- The time has come, #ScottishFootball Several clubs are already under severe financial pressure. As focal points and hubs for their local communities, we cannot let them go to the wall. The @OfficialCatchup stands with all clubs, non-league and SPFL, in asking to #LetFansIn
- With blessings from his sons, Paul and Marc - we are honoured to announce John Sludden into the Catchup Lowland League Hall of Fame. Born in Falkirk on the 29th December 1964, John was a forward during his playing career, and is remembered for scoring two of the goals as a
- The Catchup are saddened to hear of the passing of Charlie Watson after an incredibly brave battle with illness. An inspiration to many having continued to play with stage four cancer. Our sincere condolences to Charlie’s family, friends, and everyone at @ThreaveRoversFC. 💔
- An incredible 1,012 crowd tonight at @BonnyriggRose. The interest at this level is at it's highest with competition and quality improving season on season. Proud to play a very small part of helping promote the game, the clubs and the players. 👏👏👏
- Unbelievable achievement. From the Lowland League to scoring his first goal in the EPL. 👏👏👏
- December Team of the Month features every player in the league. For the sacrifices they've had to make over the last two years dealing with restrictions. Not enough words but been a lot to expect from part-time footballers, not playing for millions, but for the love of the game.
- Team of The Month for August. Well done to Owen Moffat of @CelticFCB who becomes the first-ever player to make the team in consecutive months. Our midfield duo of Andy Kay and Lee Wells have been playing deeper roles for their clubs this season but are well worthy of inclusion
- I'll always defend the Uni teams playing in the pyramid cos it's "a bunch of students" until they beat your team, then it's suddenly "they are a full-time team". Can't have it both ways and a massive disservice to the hard work of these clubs, management and players.
- Replying to @OfficialCatchupDisappointed especially when Tier 5 teams are screaming for automatic promotion to the SPFL. This self preservation is ruinimg our game and holding back the chance of a proper working pyramid. Turkeys don't vote for Christmss indeed.
- We all know social media can be a toxic place, especially with people hiding behind anonymity. Some of the comments aimed at this girl today were horrendous and people should be ashamed. Wishing Skye all the best for the season ahead with Kilmarnock! Kick on. ⚽️
