- Chelsea essentially paid £90.5m to Inter Milan to loan Romelu Lukaku from them for a season. Just 10 months after being bought for £97.5m from Inter Milan he's being loaned back for £7m. Between Kepa and Lukaku, Chelsea have made COMFORTABLY two of the worst signings ever.
