It's called Microsoft Leap! I personally know SEVERAL people who got into the program and are now full time engineers at Microsoft. They are not geniuses, they just shot their shot. Applications accepted ONLY between: Sept. 25, 2023 - Oct. 2, 2023. SET A REMINDER.
