A £1.5m cannabis grow was uncovered as a result of Operation Silent. The team deployed in Norwich and Thetford across four action days intercepting vehicles being used for commercial purposes such as food and parcel deliveries. This included electric bikes, mopeds and vans.

- Officers arrested 10 people during a national week of action targeting knife crime. Sceptre intensification week aimed to highlight the risks from carrying a blade as well as targeting offenders using knives. During the week, over 40 knives were taken off the streets.
- Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Horning. It happened at around 5.30pm yesterday, on Norwich Road, when a red Ducati Panigale motorcycle left the road and collided with a tree. The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 50s, sadly died at the scene.
