- The real star of today….Caught getting a close up look at the McLaren floor and wheel assembly. #F1 @Number10cat
- It’s fair to say Fernando Alonso doesn’t miss a trick. Drove across the dirty side of the track (where his grid slot is) several times during FP2 to clean it. Missed his chance to lay rubber in P8 for his post session practice start, so cheekily stopped short of P6 instead…
- The FIA blaming the Abu Dhabi GP fallout on fans, teams and media ‘misunderstanding’ the situation is a little baffling. If anything it shows a clear misunderstanding of why it is such a big issue for #F1’s integrity.
- #F1 regs: "The drivers finishing first, second and third in the Championship must be present at the annual FIA Prize Giving ceremony." So strict rule interpretation... 1) Lewis didn't finish 'first, second and third'.... 2) Doesn't say which year's Prize Giving Ceremony. 👍👍
- A brilliant response from Max Verstappen about getting presented his Austin sprint trophy by Sting. Q: Did you have any idea who Sting was? MV: Yes, I do know who Sting is. Did he even know who you are? MV: Yes, it says so on my suit!
- #F1 representatives have met with Ferrari to discuss why the international feed ommitted broadcasting a key Lewis Hamilton radio message that changed the narrative of the position swap with Charles Leclerc in the #ChineseGP.

- I'm all for let them race, but I don't get the consistency between Verstappen/Hamilton incident yesterday and Norris/Perez in Austria which were near identical scenarios of attacking car on outside. Either both were good, or both deserved a penalty. It can't be one or the other.
- FIA confirms that #F2 driver Antoine Hubert was killed in the crash at Spa today. Terrible news. RIP
