    Until today Nixa had never medaled in the boys shot put at State. Jackson Cantwell broke that with style. New Class 5 meet record, new school record and State Championship. ⁦@nixaathletics⁩

    It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there as an athlete. Most only think about what it takes to win, but it takes even more to bounce back from setbacks and injuries. Tomorrow I'm going to take this brave girl to @GorillasTrack for the next step in her journey.

    2 yrs ago @carleebrumley did not get a track season because of rehab from hip surgery, Last yr we didn’t get a track season, Today this young lady was District Champ in the 300 H and helped he team to a 1st Place finish. @nixaathletics #proudDAD

    So sad to report that we lost a good one this morning. Former Nixa Lady Eagle and UCM Jennie Riann Lubinski (Crouse) lost her battle with cancer. Riann taught Art @NixaHighSchool and formerly head TF coach. Miss her already

    Proud of this girl. Qualified for state 4 yrs in a row. This year qualified in 4 ind. events. Only one more meet as a Lady Eagle and only one more meet that I get to be her coach and then it’s off to @GorillasTrack @nixaathletics @MoMileSplit

    I am heartbroken for our 23 Sr’s that won’t get a chance to compete this season. Thank you Sr’s for the leadership you have provided. Trust that even though we may not see Gods plan or understand Gods plan, have faith that there is a plan. #oneNixa

    Girls 4x800 earns our first relay medal since 1990 and our first 4x800 since 1980. Girls ran 9:39.62 and places 7th @nixaathletics @OzarksOzone @MoMileSplit
