    Today I signed my Preston Mowgli lease! It’s actually happening!Aiming for spring or summer of next year in Miller Arcade - taking my chat bombs to a town that is so close to my heart.

    5 years ago today I got the keys for my 1st Mowgli-I was still working as a barrister in the daytime and then building the restaurant+cleaning the dishes in the evening. Im now building restaurant no. 12 but will always remember that I will only ever be as good as my last curry
