- Educating not hating for the ignorance— Past Nintendo consoles and other current gen consoles use similar language in their EULAs. They aren’t traditionally used to brick jailbroken or hacked systems, it’s a stipulation to give them legal protection in case they need to cut off-Nintendo has updated their EULA so they retain the right to brick any #Switch2 console that violates their terms of service 😨
