It actually sends a couple messages: people with disabilities are actually people as well; we behave like other people (for good and bad), and of course that accessible spots are reserved for people with disabilities for a reason.

To me, Spencer has Woods’ blood on his hands as much as the state of Alabama does, as he threw Woods under the bus in the first place did not confess until was too late. Since he implicated him, he needs to be charged with at least perjury and lying to law enforcement.
