    I got the best news this week: 6 months after my surgery, my consultant (also my hero) has said the remaining tumour hasn’t grown. Small steps but a huge relief. My grateful thanks to the wonderful team #CharingCrossHospital @ImperialNHS & #neurosurgerydept

    Grateful ❤️ 2 years ago today I had surgery for my benign brain tumour. Incredibly I can still live my life to the full, though a smidge remains I’m grateful for the care & kindness shown to me by my Neurosurgeon Consultant David Peterson @imperialcollege @NHSuk @BrainTumourOrg

    There will only ever be one Darius Campbell Danesh. A true gent with a kind soul & mischievous tinkle in his eye. From that eventful first audition on Popstars to him kindly inviting me to see him perform on the West End stage Thoughts are with his family at this sad time

    On Wed 1st May I had my op. Six weeks to the day, with full approval from my consultant, I’m back at work filming @Escape_Country. Big thanks to my #Escape team. It’s been a wonderful few days house hunting with a lovely couple! #Ludlow #Shropshire #grateful

    A year ago today I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Thanks to the expert care I got from @NHSEnglandLDN @ImperialNHS I’m here today, happy healthy & grateful. The wonderful peeps @BrainTumourOrg are brill at providing care/support to patients & families going through it too 🧡

    20 years ago today I married this wonderful, kind, funny gorgeous man. I’m such a lucky girl. He has three passions in life (after @IronMaiden). Golf, @LUFC & me. Today I’m definitely top of that list 😂😊 Happy 20th Anniversary @DaveShack. Love you 💕
