    Today I biked from Baltimore to Annapolis. I had to memorialize the ride with a picture of the most historic State House in the country. This place has taught me so much and I will forever cherish hundreds of memories, lessons, colleagues, and friends.

    I remained steadfast in my demands for the zip code data to be released to identify what communities have the most need. The 21215 is the hardest hit zip code in our state & we need a whole-of-government approach to combat this virus & protect our citizens. #Baltimore #COVIDー19

    We think of Maryland as this progressive state, but we disproportionately jail more Black and brown men than any other state in our county — which is really shocking. African Americans make up 30% of the population but account for 70% of prisoners.

    Baltimore, The National Guard is helping deliver meals in Baltimore at 38 sites. Additionally, the guard is working with city officials to ensure citizens are safe, remain healthy, and their needs are met. Feel free to wave and thank them for their support - 6 feet away!

    Dante Barksdale used his life to save others by preventing gun violence on our streets. He beat a myriad of odds to do it. Dante was my friend, and I grieve with countless others at the murder of this exceptional man. I extend heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.

    #Baltimore ignore #POTUS @realDonaldTrump derogatory remarks and woefully unpresidential hate speech about our city. His family have profited from slumlording in Baltimore and he has no intention on supporting our progress. Shoutout to @Gervontaa for showing our greatness tonight
