- Cartersville seniors Tee Webb and Jonah Gambill will be signing with Louisville and Memphis, respectively, on Wednesday, per CHS recruiting coordinator Joel Miller. Former Canes standout Trey Creamer is also anticipated to sign with Charlotte, following a JUCO stint this fall.
- Woodland wrestling is presented with the Class 5A state duals championship trophy.
