- Deegan is our Mayor, not our Monarch. Waiting until nightfall before taking a backhoe to the Women of the South monument is blatant overreach. This was Council’s decision to make. Regardless of your opinion of the monument, this is abuse of power & disregard for transparency.
- The anti-Semitism seen across Jax this weekend has no place in our city or our country. Let’s not forget that America has fought FOR liberty and AGAINST bigotry more than any nation in history. Bigotry disrespects those discriminated against AND those who fought & bled to end it.
- Overwhelmed! Not only by the amazing volunteers who drove home our win last night but also by the outpouring of support from the community afterwards.
