    🥳 Happy birthday to us! 🎂Liverpool Lime Street station is 187 years old today. 🎁 It opened its doors on 15 August 1836 with the world’s first passenger railway linking #liverpool and #Manchester 🦺Today nearly 20m passengers use the station every year

    We were shocked to discover someone has vandalised a drainage pump in Cheshire. The wires have been cut, causing severe flooding on the line between Chester and Hooton, stopping @merseyrail services from running today. @BTP are investigating. More: gloo.to/F56c
