    I have listened to the People’s assembly in the twitter space. It is evident the People are not pacified. They want change in Executive and Legislature now. Way out: constitute IEBC ASAP; dissolve Parliament in reliance upon CJ Maraga’s advice; and conduct a general election.

    Well done Team Havi. We are the minority in the contest for Westlands. The majority chose Timothy Wanyonyi. They duly deserve him in their wisdom or lack of it. On our part, we are contented with the outcome. Congratulations to you my elder brother, Tim Wanyonyi. Serve well.

    We are ready for them at the Supreme Court. In fact, we will use their own arguments on quorum of IEBC and the Court’s determination on the same in the BBI case. It will be the shortest fought battle at the Apex Court.

    Gabriel Oguda cannot be a criminal or a threat to national security. His abduction and detention is not only unlawful but unwarranted and unnecessary. Professor Kindiki Kithure, please, act differently from your predecessor. Order the Police to immediately release Gabriel Oguda.

    Albert Ojwang was killed on instructions of Eliud Lagat. He is the principal suspect and it does not matter whether the killing was done by him, by others in his presence or absence. Eliud Lagat should be arrested and charged with murder. Anything else is nothing but cover up.

    IEBC has declared that Kenya Kwanza has an absolute majority in the National Assembly, the Senate and the Devolved Government. It is inevitable that IEBC will declare Dr William Ruto as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya within the next 48 hours. Kenyans, be patient.
