I will be doing all the things I want to do the way I want to do them with the people I want to do them with. #HappyNewYear2025

Can’t wait to see a female-led African tech startup worth $1B. It’s gonna happen!!! Hopefully sooner than later!

Everyday, I am convinced that you have to be around the right set of people to make significant progress in life. Also, that being around them is not enough. You have to put in the work and create your own luck/favor/serendipity/grace. Super important!

Dear Startup Founders, You are not starting a company to raise funds. You are starting a company because you want to solve people’s problems and make their lives better. My advice is to do as much as you can on your own before looking to raise funds.

I will do my very best to get as many people out of poverty as I possibly can. Poverty messes a lot of things up. Messes with your mind, psychology, ambition, belief, esteem etc. In every little way possible let’s eradicate poverty. Step by step, person by person!

I don’t have hard data on this, but I strongly believe there are a lot of $ millionaires in the US. I really want to see more Nigerians (Africans) be more $ millionaires. Billionaires are great but I’ll rather have many millionaires than one billionaire.

Massive respect to everyone running a business/startup/company/firm. That breakthrough will come. If not this one then the next one. If not this path then the next path. If not sooner then later. Hopefully sooner!!! 💪🏽

As an African founder, if you aim to be a billion dollar company, that’s fine. Just know that, it’s perfectly okay if you end up becoming a $10m, $50m or $100m company. You have done very well. #ThatIsStillSuccess

Investing in a startup anywhere in the world with your credit/debit card will become mainstream. What a future we have on our hands!

Can we just focus on generating more wealth for as many people possible and not worry about Billionaires. Cos the said Billionaires will be fine.

The year is 2009. 10 years ago. What were you up to? Looking back, did you know you will be where you are right now? A lot can happen in 10 years, heck, even in 3 years!

As a very early stage founder, focus more on your startup and less on your startup’s pitch deck. Progress is key!!!

Shoutout to every Nigerian (African) startup founder out there. It has been one crazy year. Know that you have done well regardless of where the company is. The good thing is you go again in 2021! Don’t give up on the dreams you have! Stay strong 💪🏽
