So here theres times ppl say thats when the meals should be :
Breakfast 7/8 am
Lunch 12/1pm
Dinner 4-6 pm
But to be honest NO ONE listens to these times so... we just do whatever
pretty sure this is just to show others that bedrotting is not a silly thing and an actual problem for people. it seems "filthy" but depression gets to a point where you just stay on your phone but not get up because you CANT you dont have any will to.
