First, I want to start by thanking God, my family, my staff, my friends, and all of whom I couldn’t have gotten through these past months without. Your support drives me and will continue to as I get ready to head back to Richmond. We’ve had quite a run throughout this campaign

Everyone meet Brooklyn! I’m adopting her on Wednesday. This session I proudly support the #Beaglebills to protect beagles who were experimented on in Virginia. Little Brooklyn, sadly among them. All these dogs deserve nothing but love and I can’t wait to bring Brooklyn home!

Every morning since Tuesday has felt like a dream. But this is so surreal.

    Replying to @NadariusClarkVA
When I’m listening to my community what they care about is prescription drug prices, raising pay for teachers, and protecting our communities from flooding caused by climate change. What I have heard from zero voters is anything about what’s happening in DC.

I got the chance to speak to @GovernorVA today about education in our commonwealth, I shared my concerns with him about charter schools taking away resources from public schools. That now is the time to strengthen our public schools and pay teachers what they deserve!!

We must hold @GovernorVA accountable! Now is the time that we should be helping Virginians not playing petty politics with their livelihoods. Virginians need Medical Debt Relief NOW!!
NEW: Glenn Youngkin just vetoed HB 573, which would've provided Medical Debt Relief to THOUSANDS of Virginians - it passed the Senate unanimously.

My Republican challenger everyone. I'm not gonna explain to a Republican what Juneteenth is about. I've got better things to do tonight. But it's definitely not a label you can slap on any event and try to come off as inclusive. It's cheap and it distracts from why we celebrate.

As a Democratic delegate, I stand in full support of U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy’s advisory declaring gun violence an urgent public health crisis. With over 48,000 lives lost to firearms in 2022 alone, this is a clarion call for immediate and decisive action. Dr.
