    Our wonderful Carol Leigh (Scarlet Harlot) sex worker, activist,and artist has passed away. Carol coined the words sex work and sex worker, and in so doing , spawned an awareness of sex work as work that resonates around the world. She called herself the “ unrepentant whore.”

    We know that many workers don't answer unknown numbers, especially when they are not working. Sex workers in Aotearoa may want to save these numbers in case they are a close contact of Covid 19.

    Best intentions perhaps but with the worst consequences. All sex workers need options to work indoors inside managed brothels. Its dangerous to not accept banking from operators of brothels. Very disappointed.
