    Our PSA 9 family has suffered a tremendous loss. Woodside Neighborhood Coordination Officer Ryan McKenna was called home by God late Monday night. His presence will always be felt and he will now be the angel standing on our shoulders to help protect us. Rest in peace, Ryan.

    Earlier today in the Queensbridge Houses the peddle on this young man’s bike fell off. So one of my officers was more than happy to make a new friend by helping out and fixing it. #nypd

    Tomorrow we will begin to say goodbye to our fallen angel. The services for Police Officer Ryan McKenna will be tomorrow and Sunday, with a funeral mass on Monday morning. Thank you to everyone who has expressed their sympathy and support.

    Sgt Molinski and Officer Munoz of our PSA 9 Public Safety Team were addressing a quality of life condition in Ravenswood houses, which then led them to the recovery of the firearm pictured below and the apprehension of the person illegally carrying it. Great work! #OneLessGun

    Today we honor and remember Detective Alfred Boesch of the Housing Narcotics Unit, who 30 years ago suffered a fatal heart attack while executing a search warrant in Queens Housing. We vow to never forget.
