- This is a picture of Det. Dalsh Veve at the funeral for Det. Wilbert Mora. Confined to a wheelchair, he still shows up. The perpetrator who put Veve in the wheelchair keeps committing the same crimes and doesn’t seem to be confined to anyplace. What is wrong with this system?
