    A one year old child is dead. The baby was with his family enjoying a Sunday night in the Summer when someone started shooting . Three people were injured and the baby was killed. This. Must.STOP! We as a community, we as a police department denounce this disgusting violence.

    After learning about the plight of a local homeless woman on social media, the @NYPDnews CAB Rapid Response team visited the woman and got her a warm meal and hotel room, paid for by the NYC Police Foundation. When the NYPD & community come together, great things can happen.
