- This past Saturday, the 102 Precinct along with Chief McIntosh, attended the Annual Autism & Developmental Disabilities Walk hosted by Community Board 9 & Senator Addabbo’s Office. The turnout was wonderful and seeing everyone come together for such a great cause was amazing!
- Earlier this week, your 102 Precinct Night Conditions Team conducted a car stop, arrested the driver and recovered this loaded firearm from inside the vehicle. Great work officers!
- Jewelry scams continue to target seniors in our community. Our Auxiliary Officers hit the streets this week to spread the word and make sure residents know what to look out for. If you have older family members or neighbors, please share this information with them.
- This week, Deputy Inspector Maldonado presented our Traffic Safety Officer Creightonkirk with the Jamaica Rotary Cop of the Month Award for May. He responded to a call for a stolen moped and with the help of patrol officers, he was able to apprehend all of the suspects involved!
- Yesterday during Eid ul-Adha, Deputy Inspector Maldonado attended the Fultoli Jame Masjid prayer service along with other community partners. Your 102 Precinct Officers were also deployed to other mosques in the area, to ensure that everyone could have safe & peaceful services!
