- 105 pm - Scattered storms have developed near/north of IA Highway 3. Brief heavy rain and lightning are the greatest threats with storms moving generally eastward at 45-50 mph. Spotty small hail is also possible. Remsen, Marcus, Cherokee and Rembrandt impacted through 230 pm.

- Severe Thunderstorm Warning including Sloan IA, Anthon IA and Salix IA until 8:30 AM CDT
- A storm moving towards Sloan and Hornick Iowa will be capable of producing nickel sized hail through 830 am.
- A stronger storm will move east between Salix and Onawa on I-29 through 830 am. This storm will be capable of producing nickel sized hail and heavy downpours.
- Scattered showers and thunderstorms will return this morning mainly across northwestern IA. A few storms could become severe mainly along and south of the Highway-20 corridor with large hail being the main threat. Make sure to have multiple ways to receive warning information!
- Showers and weak thunderstorms are moving between Sioux Falls and Dell Rapids. Occasional lightning strikes and brief gusts to 30 to 40 mph will be the main hazards with this activity.
- Tracking scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms moving in between the I-90 and Highway-14 corridors this afternoon. Remember to get inside if you can hear thunder or see lightning. Can't rule out some gusty winds as these showers move through, to around 45 mph.
