- Four young men, have just identified a male in distress on the over bridge at J9 M62. They stayed with the male and kept him calm until Police arrived to take over. The unsung heroes were not identified, but are potentially from a local college. Pillars of the community.
- A driver has travelled from Coventry to Salford to collect a £15 EBay purchase of windows. His wife could not fit in the vehicle so she was travelling in the boot for the return journey when stopped on the M6 Cheshire. The driver was given a TOR for the offence.
- Some followers have made negative comments about police reporting a lorry driver for using a mobile phone. If you have ever watched CCTV footage of a distracted lorry driver colliding and killing 2 human beings on the hard shoulder ....it is not pleasant believe me
- The driver of this vehicle was followed by police for over 16km on M56 eastbound in the middle lane with nothing in lane 1. The vehicle was stopped and driver issued a Traffic Offence Report for driving without due care.
- This is not a wind up, vehicle in question has not been involved in an accident today, driver under the influence of drugs has entered the network thinking this is acceptable. #wowohwow #nonfortheroad
- Vehicle stopped at Sandbach check site by RCVU & MO24 for a stop check. £300k found in the boot that the driver couldn't account for. Money seized and driver arrested for money laundering. Our patrols will continue to deny criminals the use of the roads.

- Highways have removed the plant pots from the M62 and this has alleviated the possibility of any fuchsia incidents
