    Our CCPs, Steve and Simon met with Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince and Princess of Wales, this afternoon at Southport Community Centre.  The Prince and Princess visited Southport to meet with emergency responders who attended the tragic incident in Southport this July.

    Rare shots of @manairport that we took waiting to cross the centre line on a priority alpha call to get to a patient on the far side of Manchester. This is an incredibly rare view of the airport. You don’t get to go into their air space easily!

    Last Friday, a crew member’s flight helmet was stolen. The crew had landed in the Manchester area and got out of the helicopter to make their way to a patient when a group of youths on bikes road past and took the helmet.

    We offer our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families affected by yesterday’s incident in Southport. Two of our helicopters were dispatched to the scene and we would like to thank the crew who, alongside partner agencies, worked so hard to care for the victims.
