    We did it again. Back to Back (2024 4A & 2025 5A) State Champions. Only team in the history of Indiana to beat a ranked team every single round of the playoffs. To say I’m proud of my boys and this staff is an understatement. 14-0 undefeated State Champs. We do what we do. #WTD

    Love it! Texas Tech did what after making their first Final Four in school history??? Got right back in the weight room to keep training DEEP IN-SEASON and more importantly POST SEASON! It takes what it takes...

    We’re bringing it back home!!! Dragons are 5A State Champions! I’m so proud of our kids, staff and #DragonNation What an amazing season from one of the hardest working groups I’ve ever seen. Also special I got to share it with Kaeden as he was a ball boy this year. #WonTheDay

    Univ. of Michigan, in Omaha, prepping for the CWS and they’re lifting weights the day before the game...and of all things squat!?!?!? Unheard of that constant training will allow peak performance and not harm you. Love to see the teams at the highest levels setting the standard.

    Lot of people commenting on what made this team special but to me this attitude was always one of them. This was Friday at 10:00am the morning of the State Championship, Dragons getting in their GAME DAY lift. A tireless commitment to train their bodies and trust us coaches.

    Have to love when your Team Captain, D1 commit, two-way starter, 2x 1st Team All-State and 3 year letterman is going hard on a 90% single (290lbs) the day before a rivalry game. Someone has to be the hardest worker in the room, this is a why not you attitude here! #WeDoWhatWeDo

    Just got news this morning that Charlie Spegal has won the prestigious @Gatorade Player of the Year Award! I’m so proud of the hard work he’s put in for this and the humble nature he displays. As I know Charlie would say too, it’s a team award. #GatoradePoY

    Charlie Spegal shatters the Ironman Record book today three times but this one was the most impressive. He joined rare air today and became the 3rd in program history to join the 600lb squat club. Here he is hitting 600 on the dot at 220lbs. #6TruckTiresOnEachSide

    🚨 School Record Alert 🚨 Senior Quin Lumbley (Shot/Discus) becomes the first female to cross the 225lb bench barrier!!! She broke her own record. What an effort. Hard work always pays off.
