SEVEN ACCUSED IN AKA AND TIBZ MURDER CASE APPEAR IN COURT
Siyabonga Ndimande and Malusi Ndimande, who were extradited from the Kingdom of Eswatini last year, appeared alongside Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndimande.
The accused was arrested on 13 November 2024 while driving a white Volkswagen Golf 7. At the time of his arrest, he was found in possession of a firearm that had been reported stolen in Seshego in 2024. Ballistic evidence linked the firearm to the murder of Mumsy Seribishane.
Evidence before the court revealed that in 2023, Seribishane threatened his wife and contravened a protection order granted in terms of the Domestic Violence Act.
Molabe Fannie Seribishane was sentenced to life by the Polokwane High Court for murdering his wife, Mumsy Seribishane, a former nurse. On 22/10/24 Seribishane confronted his wife at Lebowakgomo Hospital with a semi-automatic firearm, shot & killed her, then fled in a white Golf 7
NURSE AND GARDENER SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR MURDER IN R6 MILLION INSURANCE FRAUD PLOT
The NPA welcomes the sentencing of Hapiness Sithembile Xulu (49), and her former gardener, Simon Isaac Mogale (40), for the murder of Busisiwe Nxumalo, Xulu's stepdaughter & employee.
The NPA’s IDAC re-enrolled the Nulane corruption case at the Bloemfontein Magistrates’ Court on 04 June 2026, following the Supreme Court of Appeal’s (SCA) decision favouring the state to reinstate the matter in June 2025.

The charges include unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, defeating or obstructing the course of justice and perjury.
BROWN MOGOTSI DENIED BAIL
The NPA welcomes the decision of the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court to deny bail to businessman Brown Oupa Mogotsi, who is facing multiple charges arising from an alleged staged shooting incident in Vosloorus.
