- On Friday Feb 9, I was arrested in my home by Department Of Homeland Security over a #Bitcoin transaction from nov 2016 and am released under a personal recognizance bond. I am being charged with: 18 USC 1956 - Money Laundering Instrument fincen.gov/enforcement-ac… Asset Forfeit
- I was put in federal prison for selling 9.998 of my own #BTC on @LocalBitcoins to an undercover Homeland Security agent. I was prosecuted using Interstate Commerce Clause, Banking Secrecy Act, Patriot Act & FINCEN website rules, all have no mention or relationship with #BitcoinPlease send me your #Bitcoin success stories.
